Alpine Learning Group opened the doors to its first four students in 1989. Over time Alpine Learning Group’s education program has grown steadily and now comprises a school for learners with autism, ages three to 21 years; an adult program and an outreach program including social skills groups and consultation services. Throughout Alpine Learning Group’s growth, the organization’s mission has remained constant: to provide learners with autism spectrum disorders and their families comprehensive, scientifically-validated educational and behavioral services designed to foster individual growth and personal achievement.

REED Academy, Inc., a not for profit school serving children with autism. REED provides highly individualized , scientifically based, state-of-the art intervention for children aged 3 – 21. Our philosophy is and has always been that every child deserves the opportunity to become a productive, independent adult. REED Academy will continue to strive to make sure that every parents wish for their child can come true.


The Possibility Project is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization operating three programs for youth in New York City.The Possibility Project also works with partner organizations in four additional U.S. cities to create and sustain local Possibility Projects in their communities.


The MFA Writing Program at Sarah Lawrence is guided by an ethos of generosity and a belief that thriving as a writer can go hand in hand with helping other writers thrive. Sarah Lawrence’s MFA Writing faculty members are both distinguished writers and devoted mentors.In workshops, students practice their writing and receive thoughtful feedback on their work.


Shatterproof is a national organization committed to protecting our children from addiction to alcohol or other drugs and ending the stigma and suffering of those affected by this disease. Shatterproof works to educate, empower and equip parents, families, educators, health care providers, legislators, and others to address addiction head on. We are building a national organization to address serious gaps in funding and resources for the disease of addiction.
