While legends like Travis, Bowie, and Crockett stood at the forefront of the battle, people like Joe, a young Black man enslaved by Travis, survived to tell a truth history tried to erase. Joe and others, including Rebecca, Sam, and Charlie, served, endured, and witnessed the fall of the Alamo without ever being remembered. This cinematic podcast explores not just what is known, but what might have happened inside those walls, moments of love, humanity, and resistance.
